Spare room in city centre flat (Temporary)

Double bed in good size room with wardrobe. Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Flat is always a decent temperature - heating works and insulation is great in the modern build. Room currently used as office and storage but will be changed back to room with double bed.

5/10 minute walk to High Street Station, 15/20 minute walk to Queen Street station.

Just looking for a temporary flatmate to help with the bills. I work in the office most days and have an active social life so I’m hardly in the flat. I’m a chatty person but less so after a long day at work. Overall a chilled person and relaxed though I like to keep the flat tidy and clean. Strict on no drugs, smoking, or vaping in the flat.

Prefer short term because I will want it back as an office at some point.
