This flat is located in central Glasgow, it's very close to everything, there are many shops nearby, there's lovely green space all around with trees and benches in the area & a shop right across the street.
It's right by strathclyde & glasgow college, and city centre is only a 18-20min walk away.

At £629 a month in total, this is a really great affordable place !

Both the flatmates are very lovely, we all sort of keep to ourselves but talk in passing and I've never had a problem with either of them, they're chill guys.
One is a uni student, the other works in I. T.

The building is quite nice, the flat is on the 2nd floor & has really good natural light with great windows that open fully.
(It's got great ventilation)

There is a washing machine & a tumble dryer in the flat
We have a large living room/common area that isn't used much at the moment, but has two couches, some shelves, a dining table with chairs, big windows and a lot of floor space (much potential, I hadn't gotten round to making it more homely yet lol)
There's a storeroom in the corridor outside, for any flatmates use
Residential parking (not sure if you need to request your own space though? You'd have to ask the landlord about that, if you're someone who drives)

I am the current flatmate, leaving in October and need someone who can move in then.

Buchanan bus station - 10min walk at most
City of Glasgow college - 5min walk
Strathclyde - 4min walk
Queen Street station - 11min walk at most
St Enoch - 20min walk
Glasgow Central station - 20min walk
Necropolis - 14min walk

It's a very safe area and I've never had any trouble here, walking around late at night & between 1am to 5am I have never had a problem, not like in city centre where the streets can be crowded / rowdy at night.

I've only been here a couple months and it's a really great place, I wasn't planning on moving out anytime soon but my sister's current flatmate is going back to England & she needs someone to move in by the end of October, so I'll be leaving by about then, as soon as I can find a replacement for my room here !
