Double room in my home is available to rent while I am away for approximately
5 -6 months. My travel dates aren't set yet but the room is available from start of November 2024. I am likely to return towards the end April 2025. When I return you would need to relocate although a crossover share at start and end may be agreed
The rent includes internet. In addition you will pay council tax and an estimated amount for utilities which are collected with the rent. You are responsible for all utility usage above the estimated amount. (Bills approx £170 pm)
This is a quirky split level flat in Garnethill next to the centre of Glasgow. Access to all local amenities within a few minutes walk. Close to bus station, train stations, motorway and only 20 mins from airport.
The house and road are very quiet.
You will have use of a spacious double bedroom, two bathrooms (both have a toilet and a shower and the one has a bath), a spacious kitchen diner with range style cooker, spacious living room and access to shared back yard/garden with table and chairs.
The property is my home and has all my belongings in it. There is one room in the flat which will be locked and inaccessible to occupiers.
I am entrusting my beautiful, unusual and spacious home to your care and therefore seek someone who is responsible, considerate, ecologically minded and energy conscious.
Non - smokers preferably ( smoking in garden is permitted but not in the flat). Vegetarian preferred also but it is not a deal breaker.
The building has 4 flats including mine. All occupants are very quiet. No anti social noise or parties are allowed.
Pets will be considered.
