One Large Double in Tenement Near Botanics

This is a lovely, large two bedroom flat in Glasgow's West End. The flat is just off Queen Margaret Drive, about five minutes' walk from the Botanics, on the same road as the meadow.
We are looking for one flatmates to rent a room in this lovely light bright flat. The other flatmate is Jessica, a lovely girl in her mid twenties who works as a professional in Glasgow. The flat is furnished and has a new kitchen and bathroom.
I am looking for another relaxed and friendly person who will be respectful of the space.
Council tax, water and wifi is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included (heating etc) as these utilities are paid by the flatmates directly to the suppliers.
The flat is available from the 1st May and you are welcome to arrange a viewing. Please let us know times when you are free.
