We are looking for one flatmates to rent a room in this lovely light bright flat. The other flatmate is Jessica, a lovely girl in her mid twenties who works as a professional in Glasgow. The flat is furnished and has a new kitchen and bathroom.
I am looking for another relaxed and friendly person who will be respectful of the space.
Water and wifi is included in the rent. Gas, electricity and council tax are not included (heating etc) as these utilities are paid by the flatmates directly.
The flat is available from the 1st May and you are welcome to arrange a viewing with the flatmates. Please let us know times when you are free.
