It is located on the second floor with a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free on-street parking.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed (& Mattress), two chains of drawers, a study desk, a chair, a lamp, and a closet.
The bills are paid monthly depending on the usage and season. Usually between £25-£50 per person
