Great location just off the bottom of Byres Road with a tenement back garden plus private wee street-side hedged garden. Big living room with large south facing windows and a TV with all the subscriptions. Kitchen is all new thanks to a flood and has lots of storage cupboards to store the clutter and keep the place tidy. 3 mins from Kelvinhall subway, 7 mins from Partick station and the Morrisons/Lidl.

I enjoy hanging out in the flat and whilst I am often out and about in the evenings will always be happy to swing you an invite. I also respect and value the need to rest and recharge at home. I love live music, art, bouldering (badly) and am always keen to cook dinner and watch a movie. I have a car, skateboard and a bunch of camping gear that I'm very happy for you to borrow. Ideally, looking for someone chill and sociable who doesn't mind being pestered with the odd gig invite.
