Roomie wanted for gorge flat

Absolutetly amazing 2bedroom flat in woodlands with bright living room and beautiful kitchen.

Room & Flat are fully furbished - The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine!

Professionals only because of the council tax.
Bills are all split evenly so 700 is an estimation, usually a tad higher in winter and lower in summer.
Can move in mid Feb if preferred!

I'm a 27yo artist with 3 jobs - one of them in hospitality so quite the night owl.


I'm adopting a dog later this year so looking for someone down with that!
Would love a plant-person bc I kill all of mine and could use the help ;)
Ideally, I'm looking for a longterm roommate.
Will kick you back out though if you're manky and not cleaning.
I'd prefer to live with a fellow queer person, but it is not a requirement :)
You would sublet from me, there is no option for a joint tenancy, as the landlord prefers it that way. (Don’t worry they are informed and allow this).
