Double room to rent in nice tenement flat In good location for city and west end and transport. Flat has all the normal stuff.
I'm fairly relaxed and will have a drink and enjoy a pub quiz. I also enjoy sports. I work from home once or twice a week so it wouldn't work for somebody who wfh a lot.
The room is empty at the moment so am flexible on dates but looking around late Jan. |it is furnished with bed/Wardrobe
Bills are extra (utilities & council tax) circa £120 Council tax D
