Spacious and well-lit room in North Kelvinside

Looking for a summer tenant - you'll have the flat to yourself while the other 2 tenants are away traveling.

Available end of June/early July to beginning of September (can be flexible with dates). Ideally looking for a student doing a summer internship or similar -- or a non-student who's here for the summer and can afford band E council tax :(

Flat is a 3 bed 2 bath. The living room also has a double sofabed if you want to have guests.

For the room you'd stay in: king sized bed, ensuite. Bed flips up because during lockdown I thought I'd do lots of home workouts. I did not. But maybe you will.

Living room is such a vibe, it's so spacious, and I'll leave my instruments behind (piano, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, tin whistle if you're feeling ambitious) so you can go nuts if you want!

There is parking behind the building but won't always have space. Permit is nightmare to get so wouldn't recommend (you have to change you licence address to here)
