Hi! I have a room avaliable in a four bedroom all girl flat! It is super close to the univeristy, only a five minute walk away, and a few minute walk away from a subway stop. The move in date would be 18th July and the lease would last for a year.
WiFi is £10 a month per person and gas/electricity tends to be around £25-35 per month per person, depending on the season and usage!
We are all univeristy students, looking for a fourth kind and considerate flatmate. The kitchen is on the small side, therefore we are looking for people who don't mind keeping clean and tidy! :)
