Double room in gorgeous Hyndland flat

Hello! My flatmate will be finishing up his masters soon and will be leaving our beautiful, bright flat in Hyndland. Would ideally be looking for another mature student or young professional!

The room is furnished, with an extra king sized bed, a desk, & a wardrobe. It’s the larger of the 2 bedrooms, and has an adjoining shower room (not a full en-suite, it’s a strange design)

I’m a hospitality professional and out of the flat a lot, but you’d be sharing with me and my little sphynx cat Yoda. He’s a very very affectionate little cat, so someone who likes cats and is happy to have him prowling around and looking for pets is kind of essential.

Outside of work I go to the gym a lot, do a lot of yoga, and love watching movies. I’m a very sociable person and would be happy to have someone I can sit and put the world to rights with
