It is situated in a quiet, leafy street just minutes away from all the buzz of Glasgow's cafes, shops and parks. A few minutes walk from Kelvinbridge underground, Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow University. Glasgow School of Art, Byres Road and Botanic Gardens 15 mins walk. Great for runs along the river Kelvin, access to city centre and making trips out to the highlands.

Renting this large room also gives access to the communal kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area, large bathroom (shower and bath) and large sitting room/ yoga area. There is a large communal hallway with a piano and a vestibule/ porch for bikes. We have access to a large communal gardens at the front and a magical private back garden.

You will be living with myself, the homeowner, who is a Lawyer with an interest in yoga, reading and languages. I like to have the house as a very open and gentle space in which people can get to know each other and at the same time have privacy to do their own thing. There are plenty of areas in the house to tuck yourself away to read, do work or have a tea. I spend much of my day out of the house so you will have even more quiet time to yourself.
