One extra large double bedroom and a large double bedroom for rent in a bright, luxurious Westend tenement flat. Yoga geeks especially welcome. This flat has it's own private front door and steps to the quiet street. It is fully furnished to a high level with wooden floors, low lighting and simple minimalist furnishings. It is situated in a quiet, leafy street just minutes away from all the buzz of Glasgow's cafes, shops and parks. A few minutes walk from Kelvinbridge underground, Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow University. Glasgow School of Art, Byres Road and Botanic Gardens 15 mins walk. Great for runs along the river Kelvin, access to city centre and making trips out to the highlands.

Renting these large rooms also gives access to the communal kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area, large bathroom (shower and bath) and large sitting room/ yoga area. There is a large communal hallway with a piano and a vestibule/ porch for bikes. We have access to a large communal gardens at the front and a magical private back garden.

You will be living with myself, the homeowner, who is a Lawyer with an interest in yoga, reading and languages. I like to have the house as a very open and gentle space in which people can get to know each other and at the same time have privacy to do their own thing. There are plenty of areas in the house to tuck yourself away to read, do work or have a tea. I spend most of my day out of the house so you will have even more quiet time to yourself.

Room 2: £800 (bills included)
Large double bedroom with views onto leafy back garden. Gets sun in the 1st half of the day.
Direct access to the back garden.

Looking for two friendly people who know each other to take a room each. However, open to couples (on discussion and with an adjusted price) or two individual lodgers. Prioritising longer stays and professionals but there is flexibility for mature students etc.

A note that we have a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, state of the art steam oven, microwave, large fridge freezer. The house has central heating and a good boiler for hot showers.
