Me and my husband and 8 year son live on the floor above and the two levels are connected by an internal staircase. We have our own kitchen and bathroom. One other room in the property may be occupied with guests/family/friends from time to time. So you would share the bathroom and kitchen with them.

The University of Glasgow & Glasgow School of Art is about 10 minutes walk.
Strathclyde University is a 30 minute walk.
It is also close to transport links: Charing Cross station just 7 minutes walk.
St Georges Underground a 5 minute, 25 mins to Central station, 10 mins walk for buses to Airport.
Access to many bus routes along Woodlands Road & Great Western Road and Sauchiehall Street .

Only a short walk takes you to Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery with the huge beautiful surrounding parks, with riverside walks and, cycle hire and views and places to relax. Conveniently located for shops: Sainsbury local just round the corner.

There are also a good selection of pubs, restaurant, cafes and bars all a short walking distance on Woodlands Road, Great Western Road, Finneston and Byres Road
Who would it suit ?
Ideally someone looking to rent for one month till the 17th October

However please note I will need room to be free for 10 days between 18-27th .
