Parking available, although it is in a pay-to-park area. There is free on-street parking about a 15 minute walk from here.

1-3 months available, often as sole occupancy, for short-term stay.

Flexible terms for the right lodger (deposit/dates/cost).

I have accommodated couples (+50% for double occupancy), on occasion, so some flexibility possible there too.

I have a cleaner who comes regularly to ensure the whole flat remains clean and tidy. She will need access to your room and will change your sheets if you leave fresh ones. You will share costs with me for this. I expect lodgers to regularly attend to household chores and keeping spaces clean and tidy.
