The 2 unoccupied rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and ample storage space. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The flat also has its own multi-room speaker system built within the ceilings with bluetooth connection. The flat itself is a 15min walk to the uni and a 5-10min walk to the city centre. It has great transport links (bus stops, subway, train station nearby).
Rent is exclusive of bills and council tax (if applicable).
I’m hoping to find flatmates who are clean, tidy and respectful of both the shared living space and the neighbours in our building, which has a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere.
