One bedroom available in a two bedroom flat. Second floor of a six in a block 1960's building. South-west facing balcony.

The available room is the smaller of the two, but a double bed will fit if against the wall. It has a small ensuite shower and wc.

My partner and I work abroad and are rarely home, averaging about two months a year each, usually at the same time.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential. Nearest shop is the post office on Kelvindale Rd (five minutes). The nearest bus is a ten minute walk to Great Western Rd, the nearest subway is Hillhead, about 15 minutes away. The nearest supermarkets are also on Byers Road. So not great for public transport and shops but free and ample on street parking is available.

The Botanical gardens are five minutes away, and the flat backs on to the Kelvin walkway. It is a quiet neighbourhood.

Council tax and water are combined bills and work out at £55 a month. The flat has a serviced combi boiler, is double glazed throughout and the ceiling is insulated. Bills will be split proportionally. There is cover on call included for any gas, plumbing or electrical issues when we are away.
