Sublet - one bedroom flat

Hi everyone :)
I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous one-bedroom flat in Yorkhill for the holiday period.
Available from 13th of December till 24th of January.

Ideal for a couple to have the entire flat to enjoy, it is very spacious and bright, furnished and equipped with everything you would need. Incredibly quiet and peaceful place to live!
Perfect location, next door to Kelvingrove museum and Park, 4 min to Tesco's, 12-15 min to Lidl.

Accessibility: it's on the ground floor, only a step at the front door and there is a small step going into the bathroom. The bins are accessed through the garden which has a set of steps going up and then down.

The rent is £895 a month, reduced here to 700 for the entire 6 week stay. The bills (about £120) will be covered by myself as well, unless there's a huge overdraft at the end of your stay, in case of which I would ask a small contribution. The price is negotiable, as long as it gets lived in and a part of the rent is covered I'm happy to discuss depending on people's needs/situations.
