Room available to rent in my bright and tidy flat.

Prime, quiet location in the beautiful West End of Glasgow, within a few minutes' walking distance from the Botanic Gardens, Byres Road, Great Western Road and the University of Glasgow. Great transport links and a massive selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby.

You would be sharing with myself and my small, well-behaved dog.

The rent price includes a modern, clean and comfortable furnished bedroom with double bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes, bedside table and small desk with office chair, as well as all bills, WiFi and access to private parking/secure bike storage if needed.
You would also have use of the communal kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom facilities, which are all furnished as well.

I am looking for a lodger who is chill and respectful (this is a peaceful neighbourhood), who can tidy up after themselves, is ideally working or studying on a 9-5(ish) schedule and who may occasionally like to hang out or cook/share a meal together, but I am also very aware of other's peace and space. This is a quiet home and wouldn’t suit someone who regularly hosts lots of guests or late-night visitors.
