We have a very spacious fully furnish room available in our flat. The room is currently available and we are expecting to get someone in by the beggining of November. The price is £500 (rent)+ £76 (CT)+ £67 (Gas+Electricity, but as you know they migth decrease or increase) + £7 (Wifi)= around 650£.

Ideal location! Right next to Gibson street and Glasgow University. 1 minute walk to Uni Gym and Bank Street Bar, 2 minutes walk to Kelvingrove park, Kelvinbridge Subway Station and Great Western Road with plenty of good cafe's, pubs, restaurants, bakery's (e. g. Cottonrake) and shops in the area.

Spacious living room with a Piano and other instruments, as well as a big sofas to relax, socialise and watch movies. The kitchen and the floors have been recently renovated.

Flatmates are all really sociable, laid back and pretty busy working, so there's a good balance of socialising and having your own space. Michael is an environmental officer, Arnau a Chemistry PhD student and Juan a researcher at Uni.

We have a spacious shared back garden that we pretty much have to ourselves and the other tenants don't use it. We like to organize parties from time to time.
