Double Room - Glasgow West End - Broomhill

Hello! My name is Gerard, I am a 30 year old working professional from Glasgow. My flat is located in Broomhill on Crow road, transport links are located nearby - the flat is a 10 minute walk from Hyndland train station and approximately a 10-15 min walk to both the subway and train station at Partick. There are plenty of cafes, shops, parks & amenities close by such as the west end retail park (10 min walk), Victoria Park (5 mins), Hyndland Road (10 mins).

I work Mon-Fri and ideally looking for a flat mate that also has a full time job. I work from an office around 3 days a week and from home 2 days. I am very sociable and outgoing. Looking for someone that respects privacy and is clean & tidy.

There is plenty of free on street parking. I have a reasonably sized open plan living area and kitchen which would be shared. The council tax banding for the property is D and the utility bills would roughly be £40 each per month.
