Charing Cross, Glasgow - Room and Bathroom

I am looking for a new flatmate in Glasgow to replace someone moving for a Masters.

The property is a basement flat in the Charing Cross area, situated within walking distance of the city centre, west end, Kelvingrove Park, St George's Cross subway station and Charing Cross railway station. There are good amenities nearby (convenience supermarket, takeaway, bus stop) and good links to the rest of Glasgow.

There is a gated car park with a reserved space so this would be ideal for someone who drives.

The property is two-bed two-bath, so you would have your own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and receive a lot of natural light.

Your only flatmate would be me - a 24 year old male working in law. I rarely have people over and you would have advance notice if I was bringing large groups of people into the flat. I sometimes need to wake up before 6am for commuting purposes.

Rent is £725 per person per month. With bills and council tax (band E) included, total outgoings are in the region of £930 per month (which may increase over winter due to heating costs). Council tax would decrease if you are a student due to the discount.

Due to the pricing of the property and stage of life I am at, I think this property would suit a young professional or PhD student best. I am open to any and all applications though.
