I’m offering a room in a comfortable, medium-sized flat in Glasgow’s West End. The flat has a spacious front room, good-sized bedrooms, a compact kitchen and bathroom, and is ideally suited for two people. One bedroom is already occupied by me, so you would be sharing the flat with me.

There is also a useful separate storage room, which can be used for drying and ironing clothes, as well as storing suitcases and other belongings. The property also benefits from private parking, with plenty of space available at the rear of the building.

Well connected to the rest of Glasgow by public transport

About the flat & household:

I’m a PhD researcher and would prefer a male tenant and ideally another PhD student or postgraduate, although I’m also open to other suitable long-term tenants.

The flat is a quiet, comfortable and respectful environment, particularly well suited to someone who values having a peaceful space to work or study. At the same time, I enjoy having a sociable household, so I’d be happy to live with someone who is friendly, independent and enjoys the occasional conversation, movie night or having friends over.

I strongly value cleanliness, consideration and taking responsibility for shared spaces. Being tidy and respectful of the home is therefore important to me. I also appreciate someone who is independent, responsible and takes good care of themselves and their surroundings.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, watching films and occasionally hosting friends. I’m looking for someone who is happy to have their own routine and personal space while also being comfortable sharing a home in a friendly and relaxed way.

Most importantly, I’d like the flat to be a **safe, respectful and welcoming space** where people can be comfortable at home. Mutual respect, consideration and peaceful co-living are important to me.
