Room in lovely Finnieston flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in Finnieston, sharing with 3 UofG students.

The location is one of the best things about the flat. Glasgow University is around a 13-minute walk away, the Mitchell Library is about 5 minutes away and it’s around a 15-minute walk into town. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat with buses into the city centre. Kelvingrove Park is right on the doorstep, and Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Co-op are all within around a 6-minute walk.
You’re also right in the middle of Finnieston, so there are loads of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, as well as the 24-hour McDonald’s (if that’s your thing!).

The flat itself is fully furnished, with two sofas and a TV, and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including pots and pans, plates, cutlery and other utensils. There are two fridges and one large freezer, as well as a washing machine. There’s also access to a shared garden and a parking space.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person, as two of the rooms are en-suites.

The flatmates are good mix of sociable whilst also enjoying doing their own things, and are respectful of each other’s privacy and individual downtime.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and think it’s a great opportunity to live somewhere really exciting and well connected, while still having a comfortable and peaceful home to come back to.
