I'm looking for someone to join me in a 2 bedroom furnished flat in Finnieston.

The available room has a double bed with sliding drawers underneath, a newly installed built in wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a freestanding wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and 2 bedside tables.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility cupboard and a spacious living room/kitchen area with a balcony with a lovely view of the Clyde. The flat also has a secure parking space in the enclosed car park and lift access. The kitchen has plenty of storage and has a Dishwasher, Microwave, Air Fryer, Coffee Machine, Toaster and Kettle.

The flat is in an excellent location in Finnieston, just a 5 minute walk away from exhibition centre station, a 15 minute walk to the city centre or to the west end. There are plenty of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and multiple shops, bakeries, hairdressers, salons and a gym. The flat is also right across from the Hydro/SEC campus so is ideal for any concert goers!

Rent for the room is £750 per month including all bills (utilities, Sky TV/Broadband, Council Tax band F)

About me:
I am 29 years old and currently working as a Merchandise Supervisor at the Hydro. My job has irregular hours so I often work on weekends and have late finishes. I have a music degree and have experience composing, performing in bands and DJing. My passion for music means you'll see me regularly out at gigs or adding to my vinyl collection! I also love gaming, movies, art, reading, politics, coffee and animals. I'm fairly easygoing and happy to do my own thing but always happy to chat too. I'm also a strong LGBTQ+ Ally!
