Location: ~20 min walk to University of Glasgow campus, Kelvingrove Park and Hillhead Subway; 10-minute walk from Partick Subway station and ~5-minute walk from Hyndland ScotRail train station.

Shops, cafes, and bars on your doorstep. Close to InPost Locker, Post Office, and two convenience stores/markets. 

You’ll be sharing the flat with Alina, 25, a PhD student in Literature at Glasgow Uni. She also works part-time, likes to cook vegetarian food and occasionally makes tunes. She enjoys a decently tidy but relaxed home and if you’re the chosen one you might enjoy random baked goods and cosy evening chats. 

Flatmate preferences: Friendly, clean, 21+ years old, postgraduate student preferred. LGBTQ+ friendly:) 

Rent: 697.5 + bills (Internet and utilities (Gas and electricity) + Council tax (unless you have an exemption or discount (i. e. full-time student status)). Deposit required.
