Hi! We are looking for someone to take over this lovely room in our cosy flat in Glasgow’s West End, as our dear friend Hannah is moving down to London.

Here is a message from Hannah -

I’m really going to miss living here!
The room is large, bright and spacious, and the flat itself is a really beautiful, calm place to come home to. We have a big living room with gorgeous large windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and plenty of space to make yourself at home.

You’d be living with two lovely guys, both working professionals, and our sweet little cat 🐈‍⬛. It’s a friendly and relaxed flat — we’re sociable and happy to have a chat, watch something together or go for a drink, but everyone also has their own lives and space.

The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat. We’re about 5 minutes from both Hillhead and Kelvinhall Subway stations, and the University is just down the road, so it’s incredibly handy for getting around the West End and into town.

Rent is £500 per month, or £612 including bills.

We also have a really great landlord who is lovely to deal with and always gets any issues sorted very quickly, which is a massive bonus!

Students are welcome to enquire, although the landlord does prefer working professionals.

We’re ideally looking for another girl to join the flat who is friendly, considerate and looking for a nice, relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I honestly wouldn't be leaving this flat if I wasn't moving it's so great. 😊
