There are two rooms to choose from, but I will only rent one of them - The room is available until Christmas (I have family booked to come stay from then) - it would be available after this again, dates tbc.

I'm a working professional, sometimes travel with work and like to keep a tidy house. I love cooking and occasionally have pals over for dinner. I'm also keen on running and hiking and adventures so can be away at weekends up a hill.
About the space:
The rooms are downstairs in a 2 floor flat. I live there too but have a separate bathroom upstairs where my room is. You will feel quite undisturbed and have a TV area and bathroom, with kitchenette just outside your room. There is a video tour on the ad to bring this to life a bit more as it's hard to explain!
Flat recently renovated. Underfloor heating in bathrooms, wood burner for the winter, double glazing and hive heating, thermal underlay in bedroom. There are 2 rooms to choose from. Room 1 - £1200 pcm room 2 - £1,000pcm
Room has a bed, but no other furniture (wardrobe, drawers) can discuss this or bring your own.
Looking for a professional, clean person (or couple rent £1400 for couple) who need somewhere to stay. Would suit someone looking to buy a home, or between homes, as a temporary base. There is a cellar if storage is required.
