Room available from the 11th of November, as I am sadly leaving Glasgow behind to return home to Ireland for a while.

The room is lovely and spacious, and as you can see in the pictures, it has a walk-in wardrobe! The flat is situated less than a five-minute walk from Kelvinbridge subway station, Glasgow university, and Kelvingrove park – being from the countryside originally, it was so lovely to be surrounded by green areas to walk! The botanic gardens are also only a ten minute walk away :)

Rent for this room amounts to £605 per month. Council tax (Band D: £270) is split between the four residents of the flat. Students pay 20% each and the non-students pay 30% (£54 or £81 respectively), so keep this in mind! Wifi is usually £10 per month, and other bills usually amount to around £30 per month, rising to around £40 per month during winter to cover heating costs.
Total cost (rent + bills): Around £690-£720 per month.
