☀️Join Our Community House in Glasgow's West end ☀

We share a large community house in Glasgow's West End, near the Botanics and are seeking new members to join our household.

We’ve spent over four years creating our community. We share meals, chores, and our daily lives. We make decisions together and enjoy activities, outings, co-working, and projects. We're also in the exciting process of setting up as a housing cooperative, with plans to purchase a property.

We have one room available from the 23th of September, for £535 per month. We are open to both long and short-term lets.

It's a small, cozy room. Bills range from approx. £40-85 per month, weather dependent, including council tax, internet, and utilities. We share food and other house costs, which average £100 per person, per month.

As the house is across two floors, it’s not accessible. Benefits seem okay so far, message for more details. As we currently have two very delightful cats in the house, we don't have room for more pets at the moment.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about participating in our communal way of life.

We are currently focused on increasing diversity in the house and are especially interested in welcoming new members who have diverse cultural/linguistic backgrounds. In this moment of increasing racism, we want our house to offer a welcoming and inclusive space to people from non-white and/or anglophone backgrounds.
