Room for Rent in an all Female Flat in Finnieston!

The duplex is a 5 bedroom property located 10-15 minutes walk from the University of Glasgow and surrounding buildings. It contains one bathroom, a large living room, kitchen and ample storage space. As this is a student flat, there is no requirement to pay council tax. However, we do pay for our own WiFi and electricity bill, which does not add a significant monthly cost.

The room is furnished, containing a double bed, a chair, bookshelf, wardrobe and a desk. The rest of the flat is also fully furnished.

Please note I am open to subletting prior to the date listed, if convenient for a sub-letter.

To fill my room, I am looking for somebody who is reliable, easygoing, social and tidy. The tenants in the flat are very social, laid-back and considerate, expect to become good friends with them through the process of living here! There is a weekly flat dinner where one flatmate will cook dinner for everyone, and it will rotate on a weekly basis. Continuing, to ensure a clean flat there is a cleaning rotation for weekly jobs in the shared areas of the flat. The flat is perfect for exchange students, or any UofG student in search for a flat during term.

I am moving out as I have a job at home, and it is impractical for me to continue paying rent as I am effectively commuting. I will still occasionally visit the flat as my close friends live here, however I will be staying as their guest!
