This is a five-bedroom property, occupied by super lovely friendly, gorgeous, amazing, talented arts students. I promise I promise.

The flat has a kitchen with an oven and microwave, one shared bathroom, a storage space, and space for bikes downstairs in the close. We pay our own WiFi and Electricity bill, but this does not add a significant monthly cost.

This is a student flat so no council tax requirement! Yay!

There is a bus route from right outside the building that goes straight to the Uni of Glas, or to City Centre in 10-15 mins, and a 10 minute walk to Byres Road or Hillhead Subway Station.

The room comes furnished containing a double bed, sofa, large table, wardrobe, shelving unit, a bedside table and a chest of drawers.

We enjoy cooking together and chatting in the kitchen. There is a big table we sit at and catch up and laugh at each other around after a long day. We love going to our local cafe together, or for cinema trips.
