Furniture: desk/chair(optional), built-in wardrobe/drawers, two 3 drawer bedside cabinets, free standing single wardrobe, TV, Double(4'6") bed.
Rent £99 pw or £425 pcm. For a couple £120 pw or £520 pcm
Rent payable weekly or calendar monthly in advance. No deposit required.

Room has bolt on the inside of the door. Quilt, pillows, fresh bed linen and towels provided regularly.

Living room. kitchen and bathroom and facilities all available for use.

Killearn is 15 miles(30mins car) north west of Glasgow City Centre, 21 miles (30mins car)from Stirling. Nearest rail station is Milngavie 6.5miles (20mins by bus) from there trains go to Glasgow city. Ideally you need a car. Car parking available.

Looking for someone who is considerate of others, has common sense, is honest, trustworthy, quiet-ish, clean, respectful, open minded & friendly. Non-smokers only & drug free.
You must be able to view the room IN PERSON prior to an offer of accommodation being made. If you cannot then I'm sorry but I won't be interested.

No dogs/cats allowed, but other pets considered.
