Recently renovated double room available to rent in a 2 bed ground floor flat in Kirkintilloch. Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom with live in landlord. All bills included. Fibre broadband. Residents' parking area. Close to kirkintilloch town centre but very secluded and peaceful. Easy commute to Glasgow city centre via express bus or by car.

Current flat mate due to move out shortly.

I work full time in the centre of Glasgow and commute in most days. I work long hours and like to watch old start trek and play Xbox in the evenings.

I have four very cute pet rats which live in my bedroom so you would hardly ever see them. I don't have a dog but do sometimes dog sit so you would need to be happy with a dog being in the flat for the odd week/weekend.

Cleaner comes in in once per fortnight to clean the shared spaces.

Generally prefer my own company but I am friendly and easy to get along with.

Room can be reconfigured to fit a desk for anyone who works at home and has a large built in wardrobe.
