Nice double room available to rent in a 2 bed ground floor flat in Kirkintilloch. Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom with live in landlord. All bills included. Full fibre broadband. Parking. Close to kirkintilloch town centre but very secluded and peaceful. Easy commute to Glasgow city centre via express bus or by car.

I work full time in the centre of Glasgow and commute in most days. I work long hours (I sometimes get up very early in the morning) and like to watch TV and play Xbox in the evenings.

I don't have a dog but do sometimes dog sit so you would need to be happy with a dog being in the flat for the odd week/weekend.

Generally prefer my own company but I am friendly and do enjoy a bit of light socialising.

The room can be reconfigured to fit a desk for anyone who works at home and has a large built in wardrobe.
