Nice spacious upstairs double room available end of April. Shower room upstairs, bath downstairs. Well equipped, clean, bright detached sandstone home with driveway, garden, conservatory, utility room washer, drier. All bills included, decent broadband.
Ideally looking for someone wanting a home from home, respectful, easy going and decent.
Don't mind smoking out in the garden cabin but not in the house. I work away quite a bit so often have place to yourself. At the moment have the upstairs (2 bedrooms) and shower room to yourself but may look to let the other bedroom some time in the future.
There's a decent bus service with bus stop very close by, Co op, spar, petrol station, takeaways nearby and a short drive to nearest town with good motorway, links and train station.
