My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I have a double room available from January 1st.
It's in Mount Florida, quite well-kept with good amenities nearby. It has a shared living room, 24hr ASDA 15min walk away, train station is 5 mins walk, and the park is 10min walk. It has carpets instead of wooden floors, so it's quite cosy and comfortable, rather than the freezing cold tenements you might be familiar with.
Rent is £560 which includes council tax (band B), internet, and gas/electric.
I work full-time near Queens Park, and I do a lot of outdoor stuff in my spare time, camping and hiking, etc. Shoot me a message with some info about you, and hopefully we can arrange a viewing! :)
