Double Room in Mount Florida Tenement

My flatmate is moving out so I have a double room available from September 1st.

It's in Mount Florida, quite well kept with good amenities nearby. It has a shared living room, 24hr ASDA 15min walk away, train station is 5 mins walk, and the park is 10min walk. It has carpets instead of wooden floors, so it's quite cosy. It has a new induction hob in the kitchen, and a new boiler fitted recently which is really efficient and cheap to run. It's warm in the winter, and there's no damp issues. The landlord is responsive to any problems that come up, and he looks after the place really well.

There will also be some refurbishments soon too, so far I believe we'll be getting a new kitchen and carpets at the very least, with more to be confirmed.

Rent is £695 which includes council tax (band B), high-speed internet, and gas/electric.

If you own a vehicle, parking is available in the area with a free permit. You need to park in certain areas during event days at Hampden, but this has never been a problem for me, it's quite easy to find space.

I work full-time near Queens Park, and I can usually be found underneath my van fixing something, or away on a road trip. Shoot me a message with some info about you, and hopefully we can arrange a viewing! :)
