Spacious shared living room space with wood fire, traditional tenement windows and wooden floors. Small private garden at the front and shared garden at the back. Ground floor but set back from the road, the road is quiet as cars slow for the crossroads. The whole building is welcoming and friendly, quiet immediate neighbours.

WiFi included but not energy or council tax. Prefer non-student for council tax reasons. Current approx costs are £56pppm for gas and electricity (depends on usage). Council tax band B.
