I am a full time working professional and mum. I am looking to rent out my beautiful spare double bedroom with use of the family bathroom, off street parking and shared use of the TV room, fully equipped Breakfasting Kitchen, fully equipped Utility Room and Garden.
We have Broadband/WiFi which is included. Bills are included in line with considerate and conscientious usage. Excessive bills and charges will need to charged separately.
There is plenty of room for your own space. I would be open to consider additional discussion and negotiation around use of some of the others rooms in my home if you wanted more of your own space.
My daughters bedroom, den, my study and my bedroom and en-suite would not be considered shared rooms. We have a house rabbit called Lottie and therefore we aren’t able to accommodate any other pets.
My home (Council Tax Band G) is located in a leafy estate, with a south facing back garden in Newton Mearns, a beautiful suburb on the south side of Glasgow. There is excellent access to the M77 (M8/M74) and A726.
The room is a lovely double, on the first floor, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, and bedside tables. There is an option for a chest of drawers and/or a desk in the room - please see photo options. This room is located adjacent to the family bathroom with a spa bath, toilet and sink which you would have use of (my daughter and I will typically use my en-suite).
Happy to consider both short and/or longer term lets (up to 11/12 months) as well as Monday to Friday or other part week lets. Ideal for a professional. Potentially quite not so well suited for a student unless you have your own transport as local train station is circa 2-3 miles away although bus route is circa 0.5 mile away.
The room is available from 5th Nov 2024.
