Double room for rent on street parking

Hello,

Im currently looking for a person to share the flat with.
Professionals preferred but students can be considered.

There is a spacious double bedroom available fitted with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, it faces onto the street however we're on the 2nd floor and it's not very loud outside.

The kitchen is certainly small but has all the essentials and when kept tidy it is ideal.

I'm a professional and work from the early hours of the morning leaving before 6am I would ideally prefer someone who is quiet in the early ours of the morning but I dont mind on other non working days.

There is on street parking available but unfortunately not a designated spot. We have great access to Rutherglen mainstreet shops and train station giving access to Glasgow centre in under 15 minutes.

Tesco, aldi and lidl, are all equal time away from the flat but in opposite directions haha about 10 minutes walking.
