Front double bedroom (£700) is looking on to a private very low maintenance front Japanese rock garden.

Back double bedroom (£650) has views on to the river and river tree-line with brand new en-suite shower/toilet in it so smaller than front bedroom all-in...still nice size.

Washing machine is now in its own separate laundry room separate from the living room.

Flat is end of a cul-de-sac in a super quiet street...but just round the corner from all the shops and cafes/foodie places on Kilmarnock Road.

You'll be sharing with another person ultimately - not me - once I leave.

Very decent lower Band C - Council Tax for this grade of flat.
