Flat has a 4k 130-inch home cinema set-up in the living room/kitchen with apps for Mubi/Netflix etc.

Flat is end of a cul-de-sac in a super quiet street with parking in front...but just round the corner from all the shops and cafes/foodie places on Kilmarnock Road.

Very decent and lower level Band C Council Tax for this grade of flat.
