One double bedroom with en-suite for rent

I have a double bedroom available for rent. The room includes a spacious en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe.

The shared areas of the flat include the hallway, living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. There is also a reserved parking space.

The surrounding area is lively. In terms of transport, Pollokshaws East train station is a 2 minute walk away which will get you into town in 10 minutes. There is a Lidl and Morrisons both within a 5 minute walk of the flat. And for more social stuff you are a 10 minute walk from the heart of the Southside with plenty of good bars and restaurants.

All bills are included (WiFi, council tax, factor) in the rent except for energy.

I currently live here by myself, moved in at the end of March and enjoying it so far. In terms of working I usually go into the office 2-3 days a week and work the remainder of the week from home.

I enjoy meeting new people and going out with my friends. Always keen to see the newest films in the cinema and getting out of the city for the day to go on walks and take photos.

I’m an easy-going person. Don’t mind having a chat but enjoy my personal time aswell. As long as there’s equal effort to keep the shared areas tidy and respectable then I will have no issues.
