I'm looking for a flatmate as my current one will be leaving at end of January 2026! The flat is in the heart of Shawlands close to all amenities.
The room is furnished with a large oak wardrobe, a double bed, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The flat is located on the first floor and has shared:
-fully equipped kitchen
-furnished living room
-1 bathroom with a bath/shower
-2 storage rooms, one of which can be used an office for hybrid working.
There are bus and rail links that go from outside the flat into the city centre. There are multiple shops, pharmacies pubs and restaurants within a 5-min walk.
The flat is cosy with friendly neighbours. I’m a student joiner so out every day at work or college and also out most evenings at rugby training and gym
Rent includes council tax and factor fee so only bill is for gas and electricity approx£55/month.
