Double bedroom in a spacious flat

I'm a female professional and have a spare double bedroom to rent out, ideally looking for someone to stay at least until March/April 2027 but if we get along and everything is fine I'm happy to consider longer stays 😊

Pets:
I'm happy to consider pets if I get to meet them beforehand. I dogsit occasionally my friend's dogs so ideally you should be fine with animals. This won't be a regular occurance and will be agreed with yourself! however I won't do any dogsitting between November - April.

Kitchen: you can use all of the below
-air fryer
-washing machine with dryer

-gas hobs and gas oven

Bathroom:
-recently removated bathroom

Living room: spacious living room and you can use the below shared:
- smart TV (note I don't have any channels and it's not connected to channels, just youtube etc)
-dining table (extendable)
-couch, coffee table etc.
-standing desk with second screen (note if I work from home you cannot use it but the days I am not at home you can use it)

A bit about myself - I'm an engineer, I love traveling, going to festivals and gigs, and love cooking meals with friends, going saunas and on adventures. I often work from home.
I'll be sometimes away travelling so you will have the flat to yourself those days. When at home I am happy if you are someone who would like to share a meal or watch something with me, I am also happy to have a quiet time.

I'm looking for someone respectful, no loud parties but I am fine with small gather ups.
I don't mind if you bring your pet as long as you take responsibility for any mess or damages caused.
I'm pretty easygoing so please message me if you have any concerns or questions or anything you would like clarified.
I don't really hold any parties at home, sometimes I might invite a friend for food or games but is not a regular occurrence.
