Bright and comfortable room in Uddingston

I’m looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to share my home with, with a preference for a female housemate.

I work 12-hour shifts, so the house is generally very peaceful and quiet. If you work from home, you would be more than welcome to do so, as it is a calm environment and there is plenty of opportunity to have your own space.

I’m friendly and sociable and always happy to have a chat or a cup of tea, but I also really value having a relaxed home. After a long shift, I’m often just as happy heading to my room with a good book, so I would ideally like someone who enjoys a nice balance between being sociable and having their own independence.

The house is in a quiet residential area of Uddingston/Viewpark, while still being very convenient for getting around. There is a bus stop only a few minutes' walk away with regular services towards Glasgow city centre, making it suitable for anyone commuting into Glasgow for work or university.

There are also local shops within easy reach, along with a GP surgery and pharmacy nearby, so most day-to-day essentials are very convenient.
The rent is fully inclusive, so you don't need to worry about separate household bills.
