Flatmate Wanted

My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to rent his room. I've lived in this flat for 6 years now with various different flatmates so I am really used to communal living!

I am starting second year of my Undergraduate in Accounting and Finance at University of Stirling while working full time so would ideally like to live with another student for council tax purposes!

I am fairly sociable and love a night out/in but I will have busy periods due to Studying and Working full time where I won't be in the flat much! The living room is fully kitted out with PS5, Xbox One and Switch 2 (with a decent TV) which you are more than welcome to use so you won't need to bring much in terms of Entertainment! I also play guitar and trying to teach myself piano so there is an electric piano in the living room!

The flat has 2 bedrooms, hallway, shared bathroom, a living room (with biiig windows) and a kitchen. The flat is also situated in a great location with easy access to Kelvinbridge Subway Station, a Co-op, pubs and bus links! We also have private parking so ideal to avoid the traffic wardens!

I like the place to be tidy but things can often get unorganised if I have a busy week but I do my best to keep it reasonably clean. (It’s never gonna be a showhome lol)
