Double room

Good sized double room. Has fitted wardrobe and shelves, gets loads of light in afternoon and facing onto the back alley, it is quiet. There is a bedside shelf, bookshelf, table, chair and a chest of drawers too. Needs redecorating and new carpet eventually.

The kitchen is an extension, good size, lots of storage space and your own fridge. Theres a dryer and washing machine. Living room is good sized, bathroom is also big. The shower isn't the hottest, old boiler but it's OK (boiler is in this bedroom and I may need access to it now and then).

All bills and internet included, except electricity.

My two kids are around most days and stay over every week or so, so its a family environment.
