Double room plus livingroom

Own livingroom, has settee and cuddle chair, tvs not provided , own fridge/ freezer ,there is a garden, free internet, must share cleaning communal areas, shared bathroom which also has a shower ,room available now ,heated blanket on bed. Also pillows and quilt and some bedding with room , plenty of storage also attic storage available. Close to motorways for commuters, I work a lot of hours usually nights so hardly there , having some renovations i. e new kitchen but shouldn't be any or very little noise, months rent plus £600 deposit ,couples considered at extra cost
