Room to rent in modern semi-detached house...

I’m looking for an honest, respectful, clean & tidy working professional person to rent large, recently decorated double room.
An animal/cat lover is essential as I have 3 male cats.

Furnished with king size bed and mattress, with brand new mattress protector.
There are built in wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.
There is a new 24” Smart TV and Alexa provided in the room.
The recently refurbished, spacious 4 bed house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with parking available, close to local shops, bar’s & restaurants, the town centre and public transport links for BVH.
All bills included - Use of all modern facilities - Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, Alexa, Entertainment/TV/Movie Package.
Also included: washing powder/conditioner, toilet roll, other household necessities and cleaning products.

Generally the bathroom will be for sole use, apart from the odd occasion when I might have friends/family to stay.
There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
