There is now a corner sofa in the lounge, with large TV and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, we have a dedicated laundry drying room on the first floor and an outside washing line, which is much more carbon conscious!

The house is decorated in a contemporary style, all bills are included. The shared spaces are cleaned every week. There is also parking and a well maintained garden with decking area and sun loungers.

This house is in a great location. It is a lovely walk through Stanley Park to the hospital and takes around 20 minutes, or hop on the bus round the corner. Blackpool Sports Centre is also close and the shops of Whitegate Drive. There is plenty of on street parking available too.
