There is of course, a shared lounge with TV and Virgin Media Broadband, one shower room with toilet plus a separate toilet. The house is well maintained and cleaned every two weeks. Current housemates are working professionals from the hospital..

All our homes are fully HMO compliant, with smoke detection fitted throughout as well as all other required safety measures. Council Tax is included in the rent.
