Available mid MAY - 20 minutes walk to Victoria Hospital and on the doorstep of Stanley Park, Tyne Avenue is a very quiet road, but close enough to local amenities of Whitegate Drive.

We have one room coming available with double bed, desk, chair, a wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. This is for single occupancy only.

The kitchen has plenty of fridge & freezer storage space as well as a generous amount of cupboard storage and worktop space. We have a small breakfast bar area in the kitchen plus laundry room with washer & dryer.

There is of course, a shared lounge with TV and Virgin Media Broadband, one shower room with toilet plus a separate toilet. The house is well maintained and cleaned every two weeks. Current housemates are working professionals from the hospital..

All our homes are fully HMO compliant, with smoke detection fitted throughout as well as all other required safety measures. Council Tax is included in the rent.
