Spareroom offered to rent in Little Marton., Blackpool. On street parking. We are a professional couple, working for the NHS and in education. We will be renting out one spareroom, bills included. To include food is negotiable. Full use of kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and garden. We are looking for a calm, easy going friendly person who is respectful of others. Room is for single occupancy and smoking in the house is not permitted but smoking is permitting in the garden.
We are looking to rent to a female. We have three daughters who don't live with us but will visit occasionally. We are both in our late 50s so our clubbing days are sadly over! We offer a place that you could call home. Have a good day.
